From applying for credit assessments through to filing claims, you can manage your contract easily online. The various ACREDIA online tools provide a clear and convenient way to manage your credit insurance.

ACT portal
The various online apps available within ACREDIA Customer Tools offer a simple and convenient way to complete all key tasks around credit insurance, including credit limit requests, balance and turnover reporting and claim notifications.

How does co-browsing work? Please give us a call and click on the screen icon ("start co-browsing") in the ACT portal. After submitting the session ID (five-digit number) displayed, you can share your screen content with us. This allows us to guide you through the ACT portal and answer all your questions directly.
